STAGNATION IS FRUSTRATING – BISHOP GIDEON TITI-OFEI

I will break into pieces the gates of brass and cut in sunder the bars of iron. Quoting Isaiah 45 vs 2, Bishop Gideon Yoofi Titi-Ofei, the General Overseer of Pleasant Place Churches Worldwide pronounced God’s vision for the church in 2020. A year that is themed, “a new season, emerging,” Bishop Tit-Ofei declared that God was about to break some barriers in the life of his congregation and by extension Ghana.

He says stagnation is the highest level of frustration. “anytime you are not progressing the way you should progress, there is a barrier.

“No human being was created to stand at a place, every human being was created to move forward.

These, he said during his prophetic declaration at the 31 December end of year Triumphant Entry Service in Accra, Ghana. He said God gave him the revelation and vowed to make a way in the wilderness and bring water in the desert by bringing His people out of financial, career, marital or other kinds of wilderness.

He entreated the congregation to serve God in order for Him to break down the barriers that prevent them from progressing in life. Reflecting on his past experience and how God came through for him, he says God’s promises are sure and tested.

He further encouraged Christians to get involved in politics because God wants people that He can use for His agenda in the corridors of power. He advised Christians to stand in the gap as intercessors for their families because God placed them there for a particular purpose.
